Your order

Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or clearly mispriced; any payment is then refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Macedonian denars (MKD) and include VAT. You can pay by card through CaSys or in cash on delivery. Some items can only be paid on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver within North Macedonia. Delivery times and costs are set out on the Shipping and delivery page.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See Returns and exchanges for how to return items.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Reviews

Reviews must describe your own experience with the product. We check reviews before publishing and may decline those with contact details, promotions or offensive content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Disputes are handled by the competent court in Skopje.
