Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return anything you’re not keeping. Returns are free.
- 01Start a return from Orders in your account, or contact us with your order number.
- 02Pack the items unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging.
- 03We arrange a courier to collect the parcel from your address.
- 04We check the items and refund you within 5 working days.
What can be returned
- —Unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached
- —Items in their original packaging
- —Not returnable for hygiene reasons: earrings and underwear
- —Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Card paymentsRefunded to the same card through CaSys. Allow 3–5 working days for it to appear.
Cash on deliveryRefunded by bank transfer to the account you give us, within 5 working days.
Delivery feeRefunded when you return the whole order.
Exchanges
We don’t swap items directly. Return the piece and place a new order for the size or colour you need, so you don’t miss out while stock lasts.
Faulty or wrong items
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll collect the item and refund or replace it at no cost.
