Who we are
Vogue DOOEL, ul. Makedonija 1, 1000 Skopje, is responsible for your personal data. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@vogue.mk.
What we collect
- —Account details: name, email, phone number and preferred language
- —Order details: delivery and billing addresses, items and amounts
- —Payment status from CaSys. We never see or store your full card number.
- —Browsing data such as pages viewed and device type, only if you allow analytics cookies
Why we use it
- —To process, deliver and support your orders
- —To send order and delivery updates by email and SMS
- —To prevent fraud and review unusual orders
- —To send newsletters, only if you subscribe
Who we share it with
Couriers receive your name, phone number and delivery address. CaSys processes card payments. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Account details are deleted when you delete your account.
